SZL serie shop-assembled chain coal fired steam boiler

SZLtype shop-assembled chain steam boiler is a double vertical chain grate boiler, the burning part adopt light chian grate automatic feed, collocation forced draft fan and induced draft fan for machanical(automatic) draft, and installation ash collector realize clean ash automatic. Boiler proper was made up by vertical top-bottom drums and convection tube bank. Both sides of burning room installed light pipe waterwall tube. The inner of top drum installed steam water separator and surface blowdown apparatus, the inner of bottom drum installed periodic blowdown apparatus.

The fuel drop from feeder to the grate ,and burning in the furnace, the firing through the back arch reflection, and through the proper burning room reflection to convection tube bank, then through the smoke exit enter into air preheater and dust collector, finally, the induced draft fan draft to flue and arrive at chimney discharge into atmosphere.

Features:

1. This boiler separate top-bottom parts for transport, the top part includes boiller proper, steel frame and top boiler setting, the bottom part includes feeder, chain grate, bottom steel frame, bottom boiler setting, all the parts were assemble except the medium partition will be builded at the local.

2. The burning part adopt light chain grate, both sides downcast air. It has alone air room under the grate and at the both sides have louver. The air was draft into the both sides air duct of boiler bottom, through the louver enter into the alone air room.

3. The top of boiler setting was installed by factory, the bottom of boiler setting and front-back arches was made up of reflatory clay brick and insulation materials. The fuel from feeder through gate enter into furnace combustion, the burnaway slag drop into the soot pool and was discharged by ash collector.

4. The boiler installed electric controll operating console, the operating console collocate parameter displaying of boiler heating, the opening dial gauge of forced draft fan and reduced draft fan, the telemotion button of electric operator. The boiler feed water adopt automatically feed water installation and set up superhigh temperature alarm installation.
